Dear Shelley,
So your guy really has a higher level sense of humor and some smarts to match. Garrett has been doing this new thing where he laughs for no apparent reason. I think it is to socially engage but that is beside the point. The kids were sitting at lunch on Thursday making guesses as to why he was laughing. I got, "He is thinking of a joke", "He is thinking about something funny"....you know the standard responses. BUT Linc. said, "I just think he has a funny bone!" The way he said it with a little smirk was priceless! It was adorable AND great language that matches his cognitive skills. You would have loved it. Have a great weekend. Stay warm!
