Declan - 15 months!

Declan had his 15 month appointment today.  He wowed the doctor with his constant blabbering and actual words, his contagious smile, and only crying for a second after the shots.  She really seemed to think he was the cutest baby in the world - okay maybe the cutest baby in the room - and he ate up every bit of the attention.

Declan got a clean bill of health despite the fact that he is not walking on his own yet.  This was a major concern for me, but the doctor did not seem worried at all.  She watched him cruise and walk while holding our fingers, and she said he is well on his way.  She said he is not even considered a late walker yet - just not walking yet.

Below is a video of him pushing his walking toy in our upstairs hallway.  He does much better on the carpet because the carpet slows him down.  My favorite part of this video is what he does when he runs into the wall....he completely fake melts down.  He learns a lot of drama from his brother, and he is learning to use it for his benefit.  You can hear me laughing so hard I am trying not snort - I am surrounded by drama KINGS!
