"Hoppy" Easter!

The best picture we could get of the boys - getting harder and harder to get a photo of BOTH of them smiling!

We had so much fun celebrating Easter this year, and I think the fun is really just beginning in Lincoln and Declan's life!  Linc really started to understand the holiday - I don't think he got the whole idea of the Easter Bunny but he really understood looking for eggs and finding candy!  He got so excited after he found the first egg and quickly found his other eggs.  We also got him a basketball hoop (that will eventually go outside) and a puzzle.

After the egg hunt, we went to the zoo and enjoyed the mild weather.  We then came home and prepared a yummy Easter lunch with my sister and her husband.  It was a smaller crowd, but the food was delicious!  We even broke out our fine china and made mimosas to enjoy.  Linc's favorite was definitely my sister's famous mac and cheese and Brian made a great carrot cake to top it all off.

After naps and a quick visit from a high school friend, we took Linc to the park.  I think if Lincoln was talking in complete sentences he would say - Mommy and Daddy, this was the best day ever.  Can we do it again tomorrow?!
