We started the week by going to the zoo and visiting our new favorite area - the water fun outside of the aquarium.
Monday we headed to the Plain City library for music hour. I loved this trip because I was able to walk the boys uptown, play on the playground, have a snack on a park bench, attend music time, and then walk home. It was great exercise and no fighting the carseats and traffic. Linc did not love the music time - he LOVES storyhour with Ms. Susan at the Dublin library so he was a bit thrown off with the strange lady and guitar. We will try it again though and cross fingers that Linc learns to love it as much as he loves Dublin (which is now 30 minutes away).
On Lincoln's actual birthday he woke up to his door being decorated with crepe paper. He ran through the paper and yelled - I tee!!! Then he blew out the candle on his doughnut and opened his present. He loved his new digger and it kept him busy all morning. Sissy and Nolan came over that evening for a taco fiesta and she gave him Hungry Hungry Hippos which now keeps both Linc and Declan busy!
We finished out the birthday week with some cake, errands, birthday cookie delivery from Gaga and Baba, and more library visits.
Declan had a great week too :)
